- In cases where clients’ applications are rejected, Bookworm Educational Services cannot bear responsibility for such rejections but will make refunds of up to 40% of the service fee.
- Postgraduate students are responsible for their thesis proposals if required. They may be required to attend online interviews or tests. Bookworm Educational will provide cold emails to help secure thesis advisors but that is subject to inputs from clients in their areas of specialization.
